The song works wonders on children. Unfortunately, as we age, lullabies tend to lose their efficacy and no one will sing them to us! LOL

Naturally caffeine-free, Lullaby blends a number of sleepy-time herbs to soothe the spirit and calm the mind. To ensure you sleep even more soundly, each of these are sourced from growers known for their environmental sensitivity, letting you rest assured the environment wasn’t harmed to facilitate your slumber. All teas come in a beautiful glass vessel with glass lid for storage. Capacity is based on weight as all teas differ in density. Collect them all and order refills in recyclable bags!
HERBAL TEA (Lullaby Sleep) BENEFITS: Tisane features Valerian Root which is believed to elevate gamma-aminobutyric acid in the brain and induce sleep. The Chamomile in our Lullaby Tisane has a mild natural sedative effect and the peppermint/spearmint are said to ease the mind. Rosehip is packed with Vitamin C which is thought to act as a natural antidepressant and sleep aid.
- HOT: Place one slightly heaping teaspoon of loose tea for each 7-9oz/200-260ml of water in the strainer. Place strainer in cup/teapot. Pour freshly boiled water over tea and steep 3-7 minutes. Milk and sugar are not recommended.
- ICED: 1qt/ltr Place 12 slightly heaping teaspoons of loose tea into a teapot. Pour 1¼ cups/315ml of freshly boiled water over tea and steep for 5 minutes. Quarter fill serving pitcher with cold water and pour into pitcher, straining tea. Add ice and top with cold water. Garnish and sweeten to taste, if desired.
Don’t forget your tea infuser!
